I am a driven, well-rounded, licensed architect and proven leader with 30 years of professional experience working with developers and private clients. I built a highly successful, award-winning, nationally recognized architectural firm. Under my leadership, we designed, permitted, and constructed over 15 million square feet of projects, including retail shopping centers, mixed-use developments, commercial, office, and residential projects. I am accomplished in all phases of design and construction and very knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial development and building and zoning codes. I am a highly-skilled designer/presenter and have extensive experience with entitlement processes and development approvals.
